                                            Little Silvia

It was Friday the 13th and Hana and Nuri were walking towards Cadies house, via Sepia Wind. The sun was setting for the night, and Hana was getting scared.
"Isn't this great? Cadie is going to tell us THÉ story tonight!" Nuri said excited.
"I'm scared to death, Nuri. Aren't you scared, at all?" Hana blushed.
"No not really, it's just a story Hana. Don't worry."
And he winked. Hana blushed even more, and felt a little less scared.

Hana and Nuri arrived as one of the last of the group at Cadies house. Everybody was gathered around a big, blue sparkling fire. The fire gave a blue glow, masking the faces of everyone sitting around it.
"Welcome, come - come, sit down" Cadie said. "Now that everybody is here, are you all ready to hear this years Friday the 13th story?"
Everybody nodded though most of them nervously.
"Good" Caddie continued. "Has anyone of you ever wondered why Silvia Cannon is called "Silvia" Cannon"? Cadie asked in a mysterious voice. Everybody looked at Cadie, saying nothing and waiting for her to continue.
"No one? Very well."
Cadie started speaking, in a low, magic filled voice, giving the night an even more scary feeling than before.

"667 years ago, one year before the big fight with the Demon Lord, there was a little girl called Silvia. Silvia was loved all over Pangya Island. In that year, Ice Cannon wasn't icy at all. It was one of the most beautiful places on Pangya Island. Here the people of Pangya Island where experimenting with a new cannon that was build onto a ship, and of course, little Silvia was curious. Everybody told her to stay away from that cannon. She obeyed, until one new moon night Silvia heard a voice. It was a sweet voice, telling here to come and find .. "it". "

"AHHHH!"
Everybody turned around, shocked, and looked at Lucia who was sitting in a corner, sobbing.
"What's the matter?" Kaz asked in his monotone voice.
"I'm totally scared!" Lucia cried.
"It's okay, come and sit next to me" Kaz said, once more in his monotone voice.
Lucia looked up from her wet knees, nodded and cuddled-up next to Kaz. Caddie continued.

"Little Silvia loved the voice and followed it to the place that is now known as Ice Cannon.
"Do you see that cannon over there, little Silvia, my dear?" the voice asked.
Silvia nodded.
"Would you climb into that cannon, my dear? I've lost something very special in there."
Silvia knew she wasn't allowed to go near that cannon, but she wanted to help the sweet and magical voice. So little Silvia climbed onto the ship and into the cannon. It was very dark in that cannon, and there was no moon to show her the way. Little Silvia gathered all her courage and started walking, very slowly.
"You're almost there, my dear" the voice said, rather excited.
Silvia kept walking, getting quite scared. After a few minutes she bumped into something hard with what seemed to have a text written on it.
"Now, my dear, repeat after me" the voice said. "Flower, flower so red and bright. Show us the light in this moonless night"
Silvia repeated that sentence and the wall with writing started to glow, a dark blood'ish red. Silvia started to shiver. She was getting cold. Really cold.
"Thank you, my dear. You've freed me, I can finally take what is rightfully mine! Now, rest, rest for the remainder of times..."
Silvia's feet were getting covered in ice, and then her legs.. and her hips... She started to call for help as her limbs and the cannon around her continued to get covered in ice.
"No! I will not die this way! I'll come back and find you, voice, I'll find you and destroy you!"
Silvia covered her face with her hands while the ice covered her whole body. Then, a split second after Silvia was gone, the cannon exploded into a shower of ice, covering the once beloved piece of Pangya Island. People living there ran out of their homes, scared by the explosion. Trees, lakes, ships and even animals (...) all turned into ice. Days after the explosion the ice kept spreading, until a few magicians stopped the ice by cutting off a piece of the land and casting it into the sea. Little Silvia was never found. In her memory all the ships with cannons get a big, red flower, and the docks where all the ships are harboured was called Silvia Cannon. Because everybody knew, little Silvia lost her life in the cannons explosion... "

"IS THIS, LIKE REAL!?" Lucia screamed.
"Calm down, Lucia." Cecila said. "I'm the chief officer of all of Silvia Cannon's ships, and I've never heard of this story."
"I'm afraid it's all to real Cecila", Cadie said. "A lot of people believe this story but never talk about it. This is because the first time this story was told it was exactly one year after Little Silvia died. And after telling that story demons started crawling out of the cannons all around Silvia Cannon and the war with the Demon Lord started. Some even say Little Silvia IS the Demon Lord, and that she started the war to kill everyone and everything in the hope to kill that voice, who killed her."
"BUT, YOU TOLD THE STORY! SO.. THE FIGHT WILL START ALL OVER AGAIN!!" Lucia cried in total panic, almost running into the blue fire.
"Of course not." Nuri said. "The Demon Lord has been sealed away, you know that".
Lucia nodded, still scared.

After the story, Hana and Nuri walked home.
"There is one thing I don't understand in Cadies story.." Nuri said confused.
"What's that? I thought it was scary enough!" Hana replied.
"Well.. that voice.. Who was that voice and what is or was rightfully his?" Nuri looked up into the sky, staring at the moon.
"And why do I have the feeling I know that voice..?"
After a few minutes of silence, Hana heard a sweet little "giggle". She looked around, only seeing Nuri who was still looking at the moon.. and a red flower. She looked at the flower, then at Nuri and then at the flower.. "IT'S GONE!" Hana screeched.
"What's gone!?" Nuri asked amazed by Hana's screaming.
"The..! The..! Ah, never mind. I think that story just scared me, that's all." Hana said, still looking at the place where the red flower had been a few seconds ago.
"Shall we walk past by Silvia Cannon?" Nuri asked teasingly.
"WHAT!? Are you crazy Nuri?! I'm never going near that place again!" Hana replied.
"Okay okay, you didn't have to shout!"

Sorry, but there's no picture of Silvia Cannon at night.
Later that night, Cecila walked to her ship, still dazed about that story. She looked up into the full moon. "That moon gives the big red flowers a wonderful glow" Cecila thought. While looking at the flowers, a strange little girl-like shadow appeared. The little girl-like shadow was sitting on top of the red flower. Cecila stared, saying nothing, hoping it was the moon playing tricks on her. "Flower, flower so red and bright.." Cecila thought. But even before she could finish the little girl-like shadow turned into a more beast-like shadow with horns and claws. But as fast as it had appeared, it was gone. Leaving Cecila, in utter astonishment.
